These terms cover both this website (jodd.bbmedia.co.th) and the Jodd desktop application. By downloading, installing, or using Jodd, or by browsing this site, you agree to them.

1. Not affiliated with Apple or Google

Jodd is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. "Apple Notes," "Gmail," and related names/marks belong to their respective owners. Jodd interoperates with Apple Notes and Gmail by reading and writing standard email messages your own account already contains — it does not use any private or non-public API from either company.

2. The software is open source

Jodd's source code is published under the Apache License 2.0 at github.com/BBM-Co-ORG/Jodd-public. That license governs your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the code. These Terms of Use don't add restrictions on top of it — they cover things the license doesn't, like this website and your Google Account.

3. No warranty

Jodd is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use it at your own risk. See the Apache License 2.0 for the full warranty and liability disclaimer that governs the software itself.

4. Your Google Account

Connecting a Google account to Jodd is subject to Google's own Terms of Service. Jodd doesn't control Google's service, Gmail's availability, or Apple's Notes-sync behavior — if either changes in a way that affects Jodd, that's outside what we can promise or fix on a timeline. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what Jodd itself accesses and does with it.

5. This website

This site is informational — it describes Jodd, links to the source code, and hosts the Privacy Policy and these terms. We don't run ads, trackers, or analytics on it, and it doesn't set cookies.

6. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change, and for any material change we'll note it in the app's changelog.
